Yes I took it out the box tried it I heard the the rattling sound I was listening to eminem houdini when I disconnect the tweeter an played the same song over I didn't hear the rattling that's why I narrow it down to the tweeter

Sounding like a distortion not always its sounding that way can't be a mounting because I removed it completely for the box an im still hearing it
