My amp only has RCA inputs. No High-Level inputs, thus my need to convert the signal from high-level to RCA.

OK so no replies or input here, but I figured it out. The Rockford fosgate high-level to RCA converters were not compatible with my rockford fosgate amp. I swapped them out for a set of Scosche LOCs and it now works fine.
