0ga for both pos and neg from amp to battery. It's battery cable, real thick I could barely get it to fit into the amp's ports but the dude said it would work fine. Think that's the problem?

Yeah I have my sub wired like that. I don't get how I'm losing my sound then, cause honestly you could hardly hear the person in the drivers seat before, and now you can hardly hear the bass. Settings on the HU and the amp are the same, any ideas?

Okay I'm kind of new to all of this, I have a Hifonics Brutus BXI 1210D 1200w amp and an Audioque SDC2.5 15" sub (1200w peak.) I'm looking to wire to 1 ohm but can't find a whole lot about how to do that. The closest thing I can find to explain how to do this is to bridge it, will that do it?
