you will want to get the belkin car adaptor it uses the line out for superior quality and a gain knob so you can adjust to reduce clipping at the amp level also take note that alpine is going to be making an AI Net device that connects to the iPod

there is no noise with other devices, just the ipod dock. i can use the ipod's headphone out and there is no noise

well the whole point of line out is to not send a powered signal. and the dock just makes things easier, it's part of the reason i bought the dam thing...i really want to use the dock. the new ones have some glitches there are blips between tracks and when you hit pause, but they arne't that...

so i have an eclipse head unit with the cellphone mute ability. but the handsfree kits are like 400 dollars...there has to be a way to get some type of cable to hook to my v60c and just run the wires directly to the head unit. anyone have any ideas???
