Hmm, I'm looking at a 1000w Peak Alpine amp that runs 300w @ 4 Ohms, 500w @ 2 Ohms. So you're saying in this instance, my best pick is 2 subs running 250 RMS @ 4 Ohms each?

Okay well I suppose I could spring for a JL Audio with 300 RMS, but I can't afford anything above a 300 RMS Alpine amp. Would 150 RMS per woofer be able to power them adequately? :\
