Car model and year? The budget is OK,but can't get a new one with many functions. Platforms as Ebay, aliexpress can help. Or, small shops as Seicane, stereo upgrade has good stereos, too.

Why not watch operation videos? These videos always include the "promised" functions. You can see how they work and whether they work well. Go to some video websites(like youtube, vimeo, dailymotion etc.) and search for the car model and key words. Then, you may find many results.

Agree. It may be complicated. And, different case will have different results. You just go to the aftermarket and ask the dealers. They will tell you whether it can be done like that and tell you how.
