Hi.. I want to make my own box, but I don't know what is the right dimension the box should be. I am going to port my L7 with the SPL bass setup on the owner manual. It says 3.25 cu. feet + port. 3" * 11.25" port, 14.5" long. Can anybody design a box for me? here is the site of the manual...

so I am not only using half of the power, am I? will there be any different if I change to the bridging set up??

Hi.. I have a MTX 801D mono amp and my sub is solobaric 12" L7 dual 4 ohm. I wired the sub into 2 ohm. and on the amp,there are speaker 1 and speaker 2 with + and - sign. and it's mono on the centre of the bottom between the + sign of speaker 2 and - sign of speaker 1. here is the manual...

ok..i think i will go with edead v1.SE. If i just want to do my whole trunk. how much edead do i need?. Do i only need 1 layer of edead v1.SE because it's very thick(70mils) or should i still do two layers?

which one of edead v1.SE and fatmat is a better deadener?? these are the two cheapest brand that i can find. Is there any other brand that is as cheap as they are. And having the same quality? thank you

is there a best way to put the sub in the trunk?..like...facing the back or the front??

so there is no way that i put the position i want of the sub? i put the sub facing the tail-light?..will face the front be better??

to move the box around the trunk??.. the slot port is on the right side of the box..is the because i placed the slot at the wrong spot??.. when the trunk is open..the sub gets so loud...but..it just doesn't sound right when the trunk is closed.it sounds worse than my old 12W0..
