alright im going to be running to amps, one pushing 300 watts X 1 for my sub and the other 35 Watts x 4, so that s a total average of 140 watts and 300watts. anyways, I need a distrobuter block for the power, so I have a 4 gauge hooked to the batter then here is how I think it works correct me...

from my magic list of bad, questionable, good, and highly recomemeded manufactures, from a stereo shops experince. The hifonics is quesitionable, the alpine is good, and the penoix gold is good but only on certain models. I'd have to hit up the alpine, but I don't even have a system yet so...

i know that this is a total moron question, but if the sub is in the trunk isn't it going to be really loud outside and not so much on the inside? so bassicaly wouldn't it be preferabel to have the sub in your car/cab, like suv style? Trunks have very little insulation, so the bas is going to...

preferably, because then the amp can push more watts but 4 ohm is okay, Im really looking for some mid ranges, to subsititute for no subs, but if I could get a lower priced speaker pushing low frequencies anywhere from 40-100Watts 4 ohm that would be great.

okay, currently, I have a 4 channel amp coming in the mail, wich will be bridged to two channels producing 80Watts rms X 2 to a pair of infinitys. I want some bass, but I don't want to to loose trunk space with another sub, plus my dad doesn't really want me to have one either. SO can some one...
