^ budget its really whatever it takes to get the full system built, piece is as I go etc. I know 800 for just a subwoofer is alot but my current subwoofer was about 400 and its a 13.5 and 1000watts rms, so I just figured double the cost of that? but looks like that may not be the case .

well this is what I know or think I do lol to tune a system turn up H/U to 2/3rds of its full volume, turn all the options/knob on all amps off, then turn up the gain until you hear distortion and back it off just a bit, that should be your max, I'd rather do it myself cause I know if I'm told...

I paid to get everything installed and when I got my car back it was really loud but I notice they didn't touch any of the knobs on the amps? everything in the H/U was on normal. its been about a month and I just want my 5h1t to sound the way I know it can when its tuned right
