i have here a pair of Phass Audio RES 5 1/4 midrange drivers. excellent clarity and detail from these. these are hard for me to sell because they do sound that good. but i have too much car audio stuff laying around not being used. $150 shipped for the pair. http://www.phass.com/sp-series-e.htm

do some more research before you spend some coins. my advice, as far as what you listed, ditch the rear speakers idea spend the money on some nice comps up front. run the 300/4 bridged or use a 300/2. you can get a better sub for the 1000/1 for what you will spend on the BA sub. just my $.02
