I figured it out..kinda sorta? I used a test light and found out there's no hot going from the battery to the amp..was difficult to find that out though considering the amp is still turned on..but there's no power at all going to the amp? weird.

I have no idea I don't have a dmm the power wire is 4awg.

No I was talking to him about replacing all the speakers..the amps don't function with aftermarket speakers. I figured it out, thanks alot edzy there the ground was 10 shades of ****ed by the gains inside the harness.

no, then i'd have to run new wire to every speaker because of the factory amps. :|

eclipse cd4000 going in a camaro with the bose, and I have the adjustable gain harness that allows it to hook up..everything works fine..except this fukin front left speaker.

I have the right harness. It matches up perfectly. I know my cars wiring down to the colors on the harness coming from the dash. Yes it should be blowing fuses. but it isn't. I've spent 3 hours fukin with this thing i've double checked every connection nothing is mitch matched.

They are soldered crimped and mummified in electrical tape

So I guess that means just look for the ground touching something?
