Except that he has more space since the cab is extended. You may look into bazooka bass tubes or something along those lines if you really wanna save space. I haven't been reading as much lately but I'm pretty sure that Q logic still makes a great box for trucks that will give you that punch...

well say that i want them amped, any suggestions on which amp to look into? assuming that i go with the quarts. plenty of power for them to perform to their utmost capabilities. but not so much that they blow.

amped for sure but im not sure what amp yet. coaxials probably 5 1/4 in size. i had thought about mb quarts. i think i might look into them.

well, this is my opinion, and i know that it varies from person to person but i feel that if you get the three ways, you get more wave frequencies covered, like an even high to mid. but you sacrifice power because you're splitting it three ways. with the 2 ways you get less frequency coverage...
