You would report them for what? Depending on which credit card you used they may not cover it since it was refurb. I would call them up acting like i was going to place an order then explain your situation. Or contact them through ebay.

This is what I don't get and maybe you could shed some light on it for me. What is the difference in a box from a place like sonicelectronix.com and one from someone who made it? I understand why one would do this if you were porting because of the tuning capabilities but why sealed?

I found a great deal on a Kicker CVX 15 dual 2 ohm sub. But I was planning on picking up the Kicker zx1000.1 and I know that amp puts out 1000 rms at 2 ohm. But is there any way to wire that sub to the amp so it's getting full power?

A couple of things. 1. Do you have the specs for the SX and for the CVX since it's 4 ohm does that mean I need a amp that plays at 2 ohm?
