I have only one amp hooked up right now bridged at 1 ohm? How can I make both of them bridged at 1 if I only have 2 dvc 4 ohms?? And is it better off running two amps? I was just wondering how to get the most power too my woofers

Okay well the amp I have is a brutus 1500 mono block and the smaller box is ported normal at 38 hz and the bigger box is labrynthian ported at 35 hz

Okay I have a soundstream t6 15 inch subwoofer and I was looking at two boxes to get. The sub is recommended 2.5 cubic ft. And one box is 3.5 cubic ft and the other is 2.77, I know when you put the sub in the box it reduces the cubic ft. So I was wondering which box would be a better choice?

oh and one other thing does any of you guys know if the bass knob is worth having or should i just throw it out? I've heard mixed opinions from they just control volume to your subs so it does absolutely no harm and I have also heard that it is like a mini gain and will just destroy the woofers?

I had a Brutus amp before and liked it so I decided to get another hifonics amp but it seems good the amp never gets hot just the subs and I think I was clipping now because I got the gain set right by a friend of mine and no more smell anymore.. As for me buying the subs I'm saving up for l7's...

You can get any decent amp from like 800 watts and up and just find a wiring guide that suits both you subs and amp for wiring

Yea you have dual voic coils so you should wire them to a 1-ohm compatible amp and to do that just search wiring guide for dvc 4 ohm subs, and as for a cheap yet good amp I would buy a hifonics d class monoblock somewhere around 1200 watts, I've owned two so far and I have loved both of them...
