true i did the 8's, but, they get good and loud.... im not convinced a single 15 will beable to keep up with the 8's on quick punchy bass the song by megadeth, sweating bullets comes to mind.... from what i hear the type r's are the ****... i looked at one at bestbuy, single 12 in a prefab...

Ok, heres the situation, im currently driving a old standard cab dodge ram with 6 re 8's in a 3.5 cu ported box ran off a hifo 1000d at ~ 1.3 ohms tuned to 32 hz the box is a shallow triangle shape with 2 4" ports Well very soon I'll pay the insurence and get my 1992 ssei supercharged...

dude i have some re 8"s i have 6 of them ported on a 1000db brudus let me put it this way, windows down, system at max me and my 2 buddys could only take it for like 10 secs before we all were grabing our ears, the sh it is loud, not the loudest, but fuc king loud as i can take for any period...

i would like to try a t-line box for competition using a 8, or 10 inch sub, what sub as a Fs of about 35 or so? how much better do t-lines do compared to other types?

i have 5 8's in my standard truck cab and with system at max, it doen't give me the back pounding bass that i like(all though it does have lots of constant vibes that break **** on my truck) so i open both doors and wow, then it starts to pound quite a bit better... would going with a sealed...
