Designed the box using CAD/ Sketchup. Calcs were done for 35Hz. 2" wide port. Seperate chambers. Professionally cut 18mm MDF. And then assembled using an adhesive we have in the UK called Evostik.

You are right in the sense that it doesn't produce 4k rms, but it does come almost close to half which was enough for the setup it was intended for and fitted the bill lol.

It would be for two 600wrms subs both wired to 1 ohm, so I just need 1200wrms in total. From the link provided in a previous post on the thread at 1ohms this amp provides almost 2k rms so I thought it was more than adequate for the required use.
