yeah, i think im gonna have someone hook me up with some plans once I get my equipment and then Ill put it together myself. Looks like im gonna be going with 2 18" HDC3A's, 2 AQ2200D's, couple extra batteries, bunch of 1/0 wire, 200amp alt,big 3, nicer HU, nicer speakers, and a ported box tuned...

270...its got great stopping power, would be good for targetry and the flatest traveling round out there. The best traditional round on the market to date IMPO.

easy enough..probably not many running in a late 80's burban, but good I love my truck!

I see that alot of guys run their extra batteries in the back of their rigs but not up front, why? I mean its obvious if your running a ton of batts but im only planing on 2 extra...any problems with running them under the hood? My burban already has a second batt holder not being used right now...

so your saying in my tank of an '87 suburban 15's or 18's would be better.

What is with everyone always hating JL? Ive always thought them to be good subs. Ive rocked many different JL's over time and had zero problems or issues but with that said Id have to say I dont really like these 3ohm voice coils, wtf is that all about?

How does cone surface effect your SPL numbers? Example: the IA Death Row 12's are rated at 1000 watts rms and the IA Death Row 18's are also rated at 1000 watts rms. So if I were to put the same ammount of power to each of these in the same vehicle using the optimum size box for each sub, which...
