    I bought the General Motors Class II data bus interface , So this one little speaker dedicated for chimes does not have to go thru the old bose amp does it I can just unhook the hole thing. Just find what wires are for the chimes and run them to the speakers from the Interface.

    I have a 2007 chev trailblazer that I put a new H/U in with the interface and everything works, BUT now I will be getting rid of all the Bose speakers and putting in some after market speakers. I know there will have to be some rewireing so I can keep all my chimes. Has Anybody ever done this...

    So with that being said will I be wasting my time and defeating my purpose if i hook up both neg to one leg of chan B. Will it be ok if I hook it up that way..(pos where they need to be and both neg on one leg for chan B) or should I go have this looked at ?

    I know I sound like an Idiot, but to make sure I understand you correctly.. my 4 chan amp wich will be powering my componets and mids needs to be set on HP, and my 2 chan wich will be powering my sub needs to be set on LP....right ?

    yes littledane i already have the interface,and it is all hooked up but now that im adding a 4 chan i know that im going to have to rewire some things to keep my chimes. that someday soon will be my next post on how to do...lol
