haha alright....well i'll get back at you in the morning....i'm pretty sure it has to do with the wiring....my buddy has a single 10" and the amp never shuts off...gets warm...but never gets hot

i'm not sure what a dmm is, but gain wise, the bass is at +0 and sounds awesome, treb @ +5, mid @ +5, but the amps have a filter so the mid and treb shouldn't bother it i'll check the wiring when i get up later

Well I did have the info on the speakers, but Pioneer decided to not keep the specs on older speakers. Same for Kenwood....they are KAC-303, but they didn't keep anything on older amps. These aren't brand new...a few years old. As for wiring....i didn't do it myself...so it'll have to wait for...

I have two Pioneer 10"s....120w RMS 450w Max, in a double sealed box. They hit hard, but after a really good bass song, they get really hot.
