what amp for the L7 and im not getting a fully loaded bl so does that mean go L7 and how would the hifonics do on the L7

i want spl first and foremost sq will be nice 2. if i go with bl i will use hifonics 1606d . if i go with the L7 im not sure and will need some help there as well.
