very good news.... no feedback when hitting brakes or turn signals... and I dont hear my engine whine noise either... which i was getting when I had grounded it some other place.. but ..the place where i grounded with all the lights in the back.. works great!!!... also lights dont dimmm either...

I couldnt wait so took a few hour off early and came to my brothers house and....started troubleshooting on my car.... first thing i did was... redid my ground wire in the back... I grounded it along with all the backlights that BMW grounded to...I grounded to the same screw....this way I know...

the manual said 14v, but my car is only giving off 13.7 I have not seen it give more then 13.7... I have seen less but not more.....the lowest I seen it give off is 11.8.. and its not a constant...it flucuates all over...... but mainly stays around 13.7volts. could that be a problem ?

well im sure my amp is not fried....cuz it goes into protection mode... which is CUR after a hard base hits... when im playing low volume its ok... I may have a short somewhere, I will have to redo the install again and make sure all wires are ok.... so what I will do later is take my DMM set...
