ok i understand so shal i remove the sub from this box and put it in a new sealed 1

no one has said yet, (not being rude), will it damage it the sub if i block the port

yes its a tubuler port and it sucks and throws air in out but, but it makes that weird sound.. so blocking the port makes that sound go but im not sure if it will damage the sub or will it bottom out ??? thanks

yea its coming from the port, its like a flapping noise or something vibrating, would covering the port damage the sub cos its seems when i cover it this "noise" goes

but it dont even go more than 8 amps when playing so surely theres enuf current output from the power supply, i think it coulld be the signal not high enogh voltage because the signal is from my computer, and its the on board AC97 chip, so mayb a sound card might fix or a preamp (dont no what it...

wot do u mean .... Probably because 40A doesnt leave the amps with much power to work with. on the power supply it has an amuter and it doesnt go higher than 8amps!! lol and i bought a 40Apower supply witch was £130 lol

just yesterday i had finally bought all the parts i needed to run my system( jbl gto 75.2 & jbl gto1200b and a 40A power supply for my room) basically i want run this from my computer and connected it all up and it works but it aint very loud , could it be cos i dont have a proper sound...
