Have you tried to hook that white wire to a ACC power its the remote turn on for the factory amp

I like my JBL-GTX47 it has some sort of old skool T/A and is very ajustable. I use it in 2 of my rides and at around $65 you get a 1hp and 2bp for the front, 1hp and 2 bp for the rear and a lp just for your sub that has a slope of 24db and sub sonic all that should at least be enough to hold you...

The factory amp is only gonna send mid range 2 that speaker and upper highs 2 the tweet, the crossovers are built n the amp. The only ways around r 2 bypass the factory amp or (wat i would do) run wire from the HU right 2 the speakers

Are your aftermarket speakers coax or componets, did they come with their own crossover, are you using an aftermarket amp

prob single 4 it will work and if you can stay above 14.2 volts the JL Audio G1700 or JL Audio A1400 will do

i do but i need at lease 2 bandpass so im using the HPs on my external xover and the LPs on my 4ch amps. My xovers on the amps i have now only go up to 400hz witch is ok for a mid-bass bandpass might work for low mid-range bandpass but not for high mid-range bandpass. I want an amp that can LP...

does anyone know of any 4ch amps with an on board HP and LP xover that will go up to 5khz? I've seen a few but dont remember where, i have and keep seeing cheap amps that go up to 400hz but i need to go a lot higher. JL's 300/4v2 can do it but it cost $350 and im dont want to spend more then $150.

if that's you're girl you're using for you're avatar shes worth more then $100 and if you could spend $50 more it would be a lot easier to find something, and you'll be a lot happier in the end

might b a lil hard to port 4 of those with only 4.2cu. all together the sub displacement is .22 and with the smallest ported box you have 3.42cu. that leaves you wit .78 to build your port

i did all that and still have the prob, the adjustable reg should help cuz if the voltage gets too high i can just turn it down.
