It should be braced between the subs anyway.... a 14x35 panel is begging for bracing, even if you only had one sub on that panel.

I think polyfill can only add ~40% increase, if done perfectly. So, no you can't get your 1 cube... but for $3 it can't hurt to try. Use 8 - 10 ounces.

660 watts is really pushing the limits of the Kv.2. The Ov.2 should be good up to 900 or so watts. With your amp, I'd definately do two Kv.2 or one Ov.2... Plus, consider that you're amp will be running at higher than 12.5 volts. You should get more than the 660 out of it.

In addition to PE, check out these amps: http://www.icixsound.com/store.htm I don't know a lot about them, or the store but seems like a lot of watts for the money. I think Ben at ED said he uses the 2500 watt model for his test bench.

Edead V.3, SecondSkin Spectrum... I've used the Edead and it was great. I'm sure the Spectrum is just as good.

I used the same stuff on my 03 Accord doors and floor. The stuff works great.
