My subs are junk.. I can get a deal on some PPI Pistons.. I know that PPI doesn't make them anymore, but i can get them for 100 bucks each.. I just want to know if anybody had heard Pistons before, if they hit hard, and/or what they would compare to. thanks

I'm sure it does. but i'm looking for something that will take good amounts of power. I don't know what kind of power that sub will take. must be able to take AT LEAST 500 watts RMS. @ 4 ohms.

I have 2 Diamond Audio 12" subs. and i also have a 10" diamond audio M3. (sounds good). I was thinking about the Brahma, the IDMAX, and the Focal. don't know about the diamond audio TDX, i am def. interested in those, but i have never heard them. thanks for the help.

and don't think i'm baised because of my name. there are a sh*tload of subs that i would reccomend over mine, but the M3 in my mind is a very capable subwoofer for the $$$.

I have one of the 10 inch in the same model. They're the M3 series, and i am more than impressed with just one 10. but i also have 2 of the M5 series subs, and i think that they are much louder than a comp VR, because my friend has 2 12" comp VR's, and mine are louder, and clearer. 425 watts...

i'm wondering if one Elemental SP 15" sub in a 1.5-2ft.^3 enclosure would outperform in SPL 2 Diamond Audio 12" subs. (M5's). I would polyfill the box to make it seem a bit bigger than it really is. thanks for any help you can provide.
