I ran CDT EuroSports [6.5"] for about a year. Then purchased Iridiums. The DLS speakers are much better. I thought the CDTs were awesome, then got the DLS and was amazed. They are much sharper in the vocal department and have tighter bass lines. So I wouldn't think twice about getting DLS...

I've seen lots of Pioneer Premier birthsheets that are grossly under-rated. 50rms x 2 rating and a birthsheet showing 100+rms x 2. Dunno if that just a pioneer thing though. Generally, any company rating the amps at 12.5v will give you 10-20% more power than rated.
