gonna be running 2 RE 15 SE D4's, ported box. any amp suggestions? was lookin into an orion 2400d? but the s/n was 57 so i dunno bout that. how bout an interfire IFH-2120? just lookin to see what others would/ are running on this setup.

ok thanks, ive already got a box planned, its gonna be about 3.2^ft each and i dont know what im goin to tune the port to yet. i had a box tuned to 32hz before and it was loud but not on the mic. figured little higher would do better. yea i was wanting the RE the whole time...plus they would be...

ok. i could prolly sacrifice a 6.41^ft box port included. would the re sound louder tuned to 38hz rather than 32-34?

i dont have that much room im willing to give up. the mtx tech specs box design fits perfect where i want it, 2 15's would be 48 wide 16 tall and 17.375 deep, its 2.48^ft before port which is 38hz. the re calls for 4^ft each.

will an RE se 15 sound ok in a 2.5^3 @33hz?

ok, got an 04 ext cab dodge dakota. the cab is built perfectly to fit mtx's box plan for 2 7515's ported, but i can get 2 RE se 15's for cheaper but i dont think i can fit a box big enough for them to meet their potential. which would be best? im leanin toward the mtx but i just dont wanna...

yea i was gonna take out the bottom portion of the seat. would 3 12's sound good sub and port toward the front tuned to 38hz?

i might, def takin out my backseat to do all this so i can anchor it all down properly. i always heard firing toward you would be louder to the ear but lower on the mic? that true?

ok thanks, i wasnt really wanting to fire them up for security reasons, kinda like the clean look of no subs showin, i just didnt know what would sound the best cause i know the box can make or break the whole system, wanted to make sure it sounds good and loud.

ok, 2004 dodge dakota ext. cab. lookin to do 3 12" RE audio SR series. i have asked everywhere but here and never got any solid suggestions. i would need 4.5 cubes ported to 35-40hz, would a ported downfiring box be best or maybe a ported rear firing box? i am new to trucks and have no idea...
