I'm an idiot. In the original post I said it clicked at the same rate regardless of engine rpm..........the clicking does change according to engine rpm. The higher the rpm, the faster the clicking is. I took the sub out of the tube and disconnected it, and there was no noise. I put it all back...

You could hook it up.....I dont think it will hurt anything (dont quote me on it). But you wont hardly hear the sub at all.

I took the fuse out so that the amp wont power up. My stereo has no bass right now, but I dont have to listen to it clicking, cause the sub was the only thing that ever clicked. I've tried different fuses tho, didn't make a difference. I appreciate the advice tho. EDIT: I put the fuse back in...
