What are my wiring options for my two sundown SA 15s, both are 2 ohm DVC. I have a mono arc audio KAR 1200.1.

Hey guys, my friend has 2 DVC sundown SA 15 inch subs (I'm not sure on the ohms). I'm planning on buying them for 300 and selling my dd 3512. I'm currently hooked up to a arc audio monoblock 1200 watt amp. The Sub is wired at 2 ohms. He has his two sundowns hooked up to a crunch 3000 watt amp in...

So I hooked up my new alpine pdx 1200.1 to my dd 3512. It sounds grea but my local car audio shop I bought it from said my sub can still be pushed harder and should be hitting harder. He said an arc kar 1200.1 will be good enough to make it hit harder. Will it be hitting harder?

Btw sorry but I forgot to mention that it is a DVC sub so I will be wiring it at 2ohms.

I just want to know which is better out of the two please.

I have come to a conclusion that I'm either getting a fosgate t1500 or alpine pdx 1200 for a dd 3512 at 2 ohms. Both are 450 brand new. Which one do I get. Also, I know that the alpine is class d and fosgate is class ab, so wouldn't it be smarter to get the alpine?

so i went into a local car audio shop today and ordered myself a dd audio 3500 12 inch sub. im going to be replacing my kicker 15 inch l7. now i know its obviously gonna sound better than the kicker...but will it be just as good in terms of spl? loudness? its going to be powered by a kicker dx...
