Excuse my newbie question, I've got it all sorted out

I installed my sub today and it works fine however it only works when the head unit is set to radio, if it is set to aux or cd the amp powers down. Is there any way to change it to work on all settings? Thanks in advance!

In the next week or so, im ordering a single CVX12, and a ported box for it, im still undecided on the amp, is a zx750.1 enough for it? or should i get something more powerfull? Thanks in advance

What do you think the price tag would be on that?

I live about an hour off the border of maine and NB Canada, on the Canadian side. I need a 2.25 Cu.Ft box, ported, tuned to about 35hz for a single 12 Cvx. What would be my cheapest option? or does anyone know any builders located in Canada? Thanks in advance

Is the zx750.1 the best choice for a single ported CVX12?

Im not sure, they seem ok, in the last year they've got 16000 transactions, and only 140 negative feedback. That seems good odds to me.

What is wrong with hifisound, are they slow? or do they ship wrong products? anyone else have any problems with hifi?

well i could possibly squeeze more money into it. My gf needs to get me birthday/christmas present, and is willing to spend "NOT A PENNY OVER 400" she informed me. And my parents are also looking for ideas. Aswell i get incentive checks from my work, so i would say 6-750 max for sub(s)/Box/Amp.
