    Had 4 of the V900XD's for a while...pushed them hard and they never failed me. Their entry line looks pretty basic, but like I said, I was really happy with the V900's.

    How about a Sony XM-1652Z $50 shipped 400 x 1 rms @ 4ohm Only used for a couple months in a temporary setup.

    Stay away from a cap.....do "the big 3" (search the forum for a description of that) first, and if needed, upgrade your alternator and or add/replace batteries.

    You could do 3 amps if you would like. I would just wire them like I showed to a single Bxi1608D. Should get you about 1500 watts.
