So i've finally seen the light and relized that I would much rather run a 15" Kicker L7 or DC lv.3or4 over two kenwood 12's anyday.... So that brings me to my question: If i'm running one 15" and i listen to rap, how many cubes should i build my box to and what tuning? Also, W/ a kicker L7 or...

i would def. build a under seat box, but the tundra has no underseat room for any sort of box period, it just has molded in storage compartments Thanks!

what is the ideal amount of cubes for a 2 12" sub box? and once again, if i'm running 2 12"s should the port be inbetween them or off to one side, or does it even matter?

when running a ported box w/ 2 12's does it matter if the port is to one side of both subs or not? Most i've seen have had the port inbetween the two subs.. also, i was thinkin of building one of these two that i saw, which one is better if any good at all? [/img] OR.... [/img]

its a 2000 toyota tundra extended cab, i was planning on putting the box on the rear seat and running a x1200m kenwood amp... also, i listen mostly to rap

i'll probally just go w/ the kenwoods for now, cause i know with the right box these subs could bubmp for the price. lol and for my first system i think i'll just mess with the kenwoods a lil

Planning a build for my first system and was wondering if ya'll had a ported box design for 2 12's. I'm eigther gonna run alpine type r's or kenwood KFC-3012's... If ya'll got any good box designs or ideas i would apperiate if if ya'll would help me out! Thanks!
