find a shop that has many different sizes of pipes and tubes. im sure they can hoook you up with a pipe that will have the right ID and OD and cut it to the proper thickness for you. place i whent to to find a custom stand for my drill press did just this and they had very large thick wallld...

wouldnt the rubberized CA glue (black) work better for rubber to metal? in my experiences it will since it doesnt cure as hard as the clear stuff and can flex some more without the bond breaking loose

my jbl p650c speakers are acting up on me and i dont know where i can get a single 6.5 driver without buying the whole set if i can evern find that. the coil is miss aligned now causing a bad scratching sound so i need to replace it. will a different set of 6.5's work with the jbl tweeter...

you could always vent some ac ducts into ur port or through the box, might mess with tuning though or cause condensation on the heated parts of the woofer

did that in my apartment parking garage, must of set off at least 30 alarms multiple floors down into the basement level. was fun got out of there tho with parking garage security staring at meh

the spraypaint on the carpet makes it look cheesy, shoulda cut out those areas and inlayed another color carpet into it or painted the wood under the carpet and cut the designes out of it, woulda looked way cleaner and more professional. hope the dude didnt pay loot for that install
