    build the box with fiberglass. Then take carbon mat and trim to fit. Any seams ect will show. Then take a light mist of contact cement to glue it down. After that coat it with epoxy resin. A thin coat then flood coats after that. A little sanding and then clear coat with urethane...

    5/8 MDF for XXX

    Alot of people use 5/8 to build boxes, if it is braced right it will be fine. I ran a box that was 5/8 on alot of subs. If you want to be safe, fiberglass resin the joints and you cant break it then. Laterz

    well, the alternator is 90 amps, but I have two deep cycle drycell batteries for more capacity. One is a 910 cca and the other is 1700 cca. The reserve adds up to roughly 200 mins. at 30 amps and also it was getting proper voltage. (14.4 at idle with volume down) I thought it might have blown...
