I need help choosing some 5.25" speakers. I was looking to spend about $100. I saw on thezeb.com they had CDT full range speakers and also MB quart discus components in that range. I will be running an Xtant 2140c amp with 75 watts going to each speaker and they will be mounted in kick panels...

How would I go about setting the gains on an Xtant amp? It has the jumper thing and also the turnable knobs.

How would the Ed subs compare to the older Alpine DDDrive subs. I had 2 of the dddrive 12"s a while back and they sounded pretty good. Good SQ and pretty loud.

Well I got one reply at least. It looks like not many people use these amps but everyone that does loves them. I am going to go with the 603 just so later I am not mad about not spending the few extra $$ and having to upgrade later. I will definatly feed it 4 guage at least. Thanks!
