i picked up a lanzar opti 1400 ....... from what i read they are good for the money...so i'll see how it performs......but it says it does 1300 rms at 1.3 ohms

the amp that i have does 1.3 Ohms and the sub that i am looking at can be wired to 1 ohm am i putting stress on the amp or sub if i were to wire it at 1 ohm? and i wire the sub for 1 ohm? will i blow my amp or sub? thanks i appriciate it
