thanks for the replay KnockTurnAL, I rechecked the power cable, then re did the ground wire, and as if by magic it works. I am guessing it was a bad ground connection, but it works and thats main thing.

I have done some more trouble shooting, but things are getting worse. There is a 12 volt on the remote, and I disconnected the RCAs and the speaker out. I then got a small loop of wire and touched the 12+ in to the remote in to turn on the amp and it flashed for fraction of a second, now there...
