    I would like to know if anyone could help, Whats the best Hz to tune 15' subs to for alittle sound sq but mostly spl, does it matter on what subs or no, also is there a disaventage to having subs in the same ported box compared to them being in there own ported box

    I have 2 15 L5's in a 4.5cuft sealed box with a hifonics bxi1205d amp and they are very loud and deep, I know the type r's are not as loud stick with what works

    the 2-12 L7's I had each one powered by a phoenix gold zx600ti, in a 1998 lincoln, and hit a 143db they were in a 1.75cuft ported box each. I was louder then a eagle talon hatchback that are usaly louder then cars with a trunk, with 2-12w6v2's and a MA audio 3000 watt amp

    the 12w3v3 sub are loud, clear and great qulity, I suggest going with the jl audio I've always had good luck with them

    I agree, I have 2- 15 L5's each in 4cuft ported boxes on a hifonics bx2006 amp and they pound hard, I would not go over the 6cuft max
