    Foil looking material on doors

    I see a lot of pictures of what looks to be tinfoil on doors. I'm guessing the point of it is to keep door frames and whatnot from rattling too hard. How much does it general run in terms of price range? also is it difficult to install yourself? do most door interiors just pop off and on easily?

    Yeah i'm using RCA's to connect the deck to the amp. one of my buddies suggested that the engine could have been causing vibrations in the cords and i should run them a different way, but i'm not sure what way would be more efficient then going strait through the center.
