what year did they stop making the 1200.1? does it bother u there is no sub-sonic filter?

Which amp is better? I know the BP 1200.1 is older, but i can get it for like $50-75 less than the GTO1201.1 II I'm am pretty much sold on the Orion H2, but... With either of these amps, what would sound louder... 1 12" Orion H2 12.2 (Ported box) 1 Alpine Type X (Ported box) 2 12"...

Does MA Audio make good quality amplifiers? I have heard them discussed on the forum before, and i just want to know some opinions. They are pretty cheap in price, which leads me to believe they aren't so good, and that they could lie about the numbers the amps put out. Any one have anything...

actually i have 2 12" FUBR's also and my amp (power acoustik) goes to protect mode when i play my system loud. i have the gain set at about half. idk if it has anything to do with the fact we have the same subs though....probably not

I have a 1997, nice ride man, real nice. I'm jealous. I really want rims. i have the stock 16". Do you think there is enough room back there to do 1 15" ported? or any size sub ported?

My friend has only one JL 1000/1 amp powering the 2 12" type R's. I Would venture to guess if i had a 1500 RMS powering a 15" H2 in a ported box, i would easily beat him in SPL, especially becuz my car is a hatchback and his is a 4 door sedan, so my subs would bounce right off my rear window...

2 12" Type R's are 500 RMS each, so call it 1000 RMS. The H2 is 2000 RMS. Ya the type R's would be more surface area, but the H2 is double the RMS... You don't think the H2 would be louder? The alpine's might have the H2 in SQ i will admit that. My buddy just got 2 type R's and a JL 1000/1...

Hi I'm looking at the Orion H2 10.2, 12.2, and 15.2. They all have 2000 RMS as you know. I know any of these will give pretty good SPL. What's the best set up in trying to get the closest to 50/50 in SPL/SQ out of these... (i am space limited, i have a camaro, and also on a budget) 1 15"...
