    PR's vs Audioque SD2.5's

I would say go for it! I have only heard good things about the Audioque subs and the memphis pr subs are good but just an entry level sub. The audioque subs are built for spl. Peace, Lee

New Subs need more power. What amp??

You should look into the kenwood 9103d. It claims 900 RMS at 2ohms and you can find it for about $200-$150. You should upgrade your alt as those are usually pretty small and 1000+ watts takes a fair amount of power to make. For now you should look into an upgraded battery, and maybe a...

    2x12" Fi BTL AMP Choices/Recommendations

You should look into the Memphis 4kw also. VERY stong and reliable amp. I hear good things about the Sundown amps also. Peace, Lee

Alpine PDX 1.600 enought to run CDT-es80sq

I always suggest the biggest amp you can afford. You can only turn an amp up so far but you can always turn it down. I don't know alpine stuff very well but I would guess it puts out around 600 watts. You might want a little more then that, in my opinion. Don't just look at the name on the...

    Brutus BXI 1606D?

I don't know the size of the screw but you should be able to get one at your local hardware store. I usually go to my local Cenex (gas station) or maybe your local stereo shop has some extra screws from broken amps that will work. Peace, Lee

HELP<> Best Amp for Rockford SUBS!

I am going to guess your subs are dual 4 ohm voice coil subs which means you can wire each sub to either 2 ohms or 8 ohms each. Both subs wired together will give you either a 4ohm load or a 1 ohm load. Choice which ever amp will give you the most power at either 1 ohm or 4ohm. Peace, Lee

Minimum power per channel for active?

Try not going by where your gains are set at either as it is not a volume control, but a matching control to match the input signal with the amp. If you have a high voltage pre out deck, then your gain control should be low. Just my thoughts. Peace, Lee

    I need help/advice/recommendations.... noob.

I would run the amp and see how you like it. You may be surprised. I use to have a pg zx450 and it was rated at 25x4 but actually put out around 75x4. It was a really clean sound also, gotta love the old pg equipment. Peace, Lee

Help Me Pick a Budget Mono <$150

I am personally looking at the Kenwood 9103d amp and ikesound.com sells it for $148 but I am not sure what the shipping price is. It claims 900x1 @ 2ohms. Peace, Lee

    Size of the amp???

I would look into a set of componets for the front to simplify the system, instead of using one style of mids and other style of tweeters. I would suggest a four channel amp for the full range speakers anywhere from 100x4 RMS to 50X4 RMS. I would then look into a single amp to run the subs...
