the Pg ti 10's will have no problem taking a excess of 500 watts. I hooked 2 up to my friends amp in a old sealed box he had. with his kicker 800.2 they sounded so good that he bought them off me on the spot. they were just getting warmed up you could tell they could take much more then that...

What about Hifonics 1000dBx seems like it would be perfect and it runs fine @ 1 ohm and you can get one for about 200 bucks brand new off ebay. but if you are strictly staying with your dad's shop talk to him and get him to set you up with the best bang for the buck he carrys

More air in more air out I would run a completely new exaust set up with a high flow cat or cat's Ecu for sure you have alot more boost you could be making this will increase that and change your A/f as well. you could run a manual setup (which is what I would do but you have to be careful...

all you need to do is remove the power supply or leave it in and disengage it from the rest of the system. or you could use a inverter and keep the power supply but then your going from a 12 volt system to a 120 volt a/c system then back down to a 12 volt system....

Though my friends work I can get 1" melimine a fair bit cheaper then I can get 1" Mdf any reason not to use it? it seems like it would work better to me ( the white hard coating is fairly strong and silicone will seal against it better its also less porous) has anyone used Melimine in a sub box...

I think I am going to Stick with Mdf just for simplicity on Pg's page they say to use 1 inch mdf should i be using 1 inch mdf? because 3/4 is pretty **** strong How big of a port do i want do i just multiply the size by the number of subs?
