    That is just to keep you from going higher than you are supposed too. Say you set your amp with your hu at 35. Now your girl or brother or someone wants to use your car. If you set it to low power they can only go to 30 and shouldn't mess your equipment up.

    Yeah if you are getting it while the music is playing something is wrong. I would start eliminating things.

    Again if it only happens on those test tones I would not worry about it. Does it happen on any music?

    This only happens on some tracks right. If so delete one of those tracks, download it again, and see if it still happens.
