That is just to keep you from going higher than you are supposed too. Say you set your amp with your hu at 35. Now your girl or brother or someone wants to use your car. If you set it to low power they can only go to 30 and shouldn't mess your equipment up.

This only happens on some tracks right. If so delete one of those tracks, download it again, and see if it still happens.

Can you get a video? As far as the popping on the jl, it may have something to do with this but might not also.
