all the shops near me are either JL and Alpine, or Kicker and Rockford, with various cheaper brands as well. As far as speakers. There was a rainbow dealer 5 mins from me but the # is disconnected and I drove be and the building is empty.

Pretty sure the kicks won't cut it. Those are for a select few and most people that have heard the kicks dont like them. And if i remember correctly they need a lot of power to sound right.

Kicker will fit right in with the rest of the garbage. They haven't made an quality products since the mid 90's. The old solo barics were nice subs and the amps were good then as well. All the newer stuff *****.

The exhaust shouldn't be a problem, unless you floor the car. I have an 04 Cobra full exhaust no cats and long tube headers. When just cruising and I have the volume up the exhaust is barely noticable, once you hit the gas though it's a different story.

The ZR's are a fine set of comps nothing wrong with them or the tweets that come with them. I believe sonicelectronics have them for 479 or 497 a set, something like that. So there is another 200 in savings and forget the other tweets another 110 in savings.

I would skip the 240, only gonna cause problems. The newer the car the better off you will be as well. Although Civic #1 looked like the paint on the rear fender was darker then the rest of the car. I wouldn't buy a modded car, you know it was beat on by the previous owner.
