Going back and forth on what to put in my sons truck. Its a 1993 regular cab Silverado, wondering which would be best 8" subs or 6.5" subs? I have never really used or heard the 6.5" subs in action. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks.

Buck, I believe the previous owner had a 8W0 in it. Should I go back with that, or are there comparable speakers that are cheaper now.

Joe, the truck won't necessarily, be an off road truck, but it is lifted with all-terrain tires. However, you know how teenage boys are.

I have a '93 Silverado, single cab, that I am fixing up for my son. Just wanted to get a few suggestions about you guys and gals would put in it. I'm going to replace all the factory speakers, add a head unit, as well as a sub or two. Thank you all for the help in advance.
