i switched head units and the same thing. I am goign to put the unit and processor in the trunk and run the rcas froem the back or the deck right into the amp to eleminate the rcas so i can atleast single them out and then if i have noise its gotta be ground but i have honestly grounded...

one other thing i think when the amp rack fell of the rca termonils might have slid into my power dist block could that possible blow a ground trace in the deck or burn up the rcas? I hooked another cd player up and i had the same thing
