alright well my rms is closer to 1000 but i get your point....

I have a 07 mazda 6 with a big 3 up grade. The alternator put outs 90amps, and i still have voltage drops. My headlights dim and pretty much nothing else. All together the amps i use are 2000 watts and rated for 80 amps at peak. I know i'm more than likely looking at getting a high output...

So did you have any issues with he smell of the fat mat?????

Diamond i a ruff. JVC KD SH1000. If your looking for a pure audio deck that's the one. I'd be ready to put that Unit against any Alpine, Kenwood , Clarion, and Pioneer. It's not the easiest unit to use, but it has so much in it. All those features are just dedicated to make your audio experience...

This has been a issue even when i was running it at 50%. If i take it much lower it'll be no different then having my deck just run it. My instinct is that it's a amp issue but i don't want to act on it till i atleast have someone agrees with it.

well Thanks for letting me know i'd have to jack up my mazda just to do the BIG 3 that's not good news at all. LOL

I have a kenwood 8403 amp running to my components an coaxial speakers. The issue is about after 15-20 of play the sound starts to fade and come back. It's as if the volume were going up and down over and over. Now if i turn the volume down it goes away. No i don't have it playing at full power...

Well MDF would be the way to go if u can't just go out and buy a baffle for it. If you MDF get some non hardening modeling clay and place it around and under the cut baffle. That will deaden the baffle and the deader your door are the better. the clay cost like 97 cents or something.

I have a mazda 6i I can relate on the indash. I couldn't get those screws at the bottom of it to come out. So don't you have 6x8 door speakers?? I have some rockfosgate t1682s speaker in all four doors. Subwoofer grade midbass coming for those speakers. Let me know if u need a little instruction...
