With bass boost all the way down I am only getting 2 VAC. something is wrong with this Alpine. I also tried using different RCA cable and same thing. I might be sending this amp in for repair.

I'll save up some money and go with Babykinns recommendation and get 1000RMS amp. I guess I have to high requirements or to high of expectations at a low budget. Bigger box is needed in any event. Humbling experience here for sure.

And don't want to do that so now the Single Sub with both CVR vc's in series with measured resistance of 8 ohms. Sounds great so I am okay with the KW at this setting. Now for the boat.

I am suspecting the amp itself as being bad but to much time has gone by to take it back to bestbuy troubleshooting. Its 6 months old.
