I have 2 type s 12s and just got 137.4db best which im not happy with because another guy with the same subs and a amp that has the same power got 143.5db in a sedan i played bass mekanik system checka i think it was because the boot is sealed like shit on a log i have 2 separate 1.7cuft boxes...

what would you prefer spl or sql?

i have a type s 12" sub that is reading 9 ohms instead of 4 and my amp isn't giving it a signal:confused: is there to many ohms for the amp it is a sony 2 channel and the sub will play off my home stereo.

what to choose between Alpine type R 12" DUAL 2 OHM VOICE COIL or ROCKFORD FOSGATE ''HE'' 12" SINGLE 4 OHM VOICE COIL OR PAY A LITTLE EXTRA AND GET A JL W3 12" SVC? AND if ANYONE knows whats with my type s 12" it is making grinding noise and showing 9.1ohms please help ASAP? :furious:
