JL Amps are 100% true power....they don't use fuses or none of that BS....I watched them do a test between 2 amps at my car audio installer and you can tell the difference! JL all the way!!

I want to put just a basic amp in my boat to power my 6x9's and 1 8" JL subwoofer. I came across the TIS 700w 5 channel amp for under $70...I wanted to know if they are decent and will power my equipment. I don't care how cheap it is because I will most likely have to replace it within 2 years...

My amp is making a high pitched sound and I volt tested on a meter and this is what I got: ch1- .2-.3, ch2- .10-.12, ch3- .6-.7, ch4- .3-.4 > this was done in dc. On ac ch 1,2&4 were .60-.80 ch3 was 1.3 if I remember correctly. Basically does this mean my amp is need of repair? It's a jl...

I have a 10 w3 on a 250/1 n it sounds nice. 2 8's hit clean and quick but 1 10 has nice movement and deeper bass. A 12 would be the best. W7's are the shit jl is the shit eff what the haters say, jl are some if the cleanest sounding subs out!!

Ok I have one of those, but I have several settings on it....what should I set it to and what should it read? Also guessing I would put the - in the - channel and the + in the +channel
